5/14/09: Our Little Mowing Man

Jake LOVES to mow! I think I could go as far as saying he's obsessed with "mowing". On this day, he followed Poppy for hours. As soon as dinner was over, he insisted he and Poppy go back out and finish the job! He also loves to ride with Poppy and Grandpa on their mowers. A few nights ago, he even got to go for a midnight tractor ride with the lights ("yights") on. What could be more fun!?

5/10/09: Mother's Day

We had a really great time fishing, playing on the playground, and eating!

4/25/09: Fun with Cousin Lilly

Lilly came over to play in Jake's new sandbox. They had so much fun and loved having the sand all over them.

4/25/09: Beautiful Spring Day with Our Gracie

We enjoyed a gorgeous Spring weekend outside. Grace was so content to just sit outside on a blanket. She such a sweet and happy baby!

4/18/09: Jake's Pirate Birthday Party!

Here are the pictures from Jake's Pirate Birthday Party! We had a lot of fun making little pirates out of the kids and hunting for buried treasure.

04/12/09: Easter

We had a Great Easter! We went to church on Saturday night and then spent all day Sunday with family. We had lunch at my Grandma's house, and then we had dinner at Mike's Uncle Bruce & Aunt Susan's house. Jake actually hunted for eggs 3 times Sunday!

4/11/09: Hunting for Easter Baskets

We decided to go to church on Saturday night of Easter weekend and it was a great decision. Church was great and we had all day Sunday to celebrate Easter with both sides of our family. After church Grammy and Poppy came over and gave the kids their Easter baskets. Jake had fun searching for it. Thank you, Grammy and Poppy!

4/10/09: Fun in the Tub

Grace and Jake were able to get in the big tub together since Mike was there to help and they had lots of fun splashing and hugging.

4/10/09: Coloring Eggs

Jake had a great time coloring eggs this year and Grace had fun watching! Jake was very careful and was really excited to show off his eggs to his Daddy when he got home.

Hi Everyone! I knew it had been awhile since I last updated our blog, but when I looked today, I saw it has been 2 months! Where has the time gone!? It has been a busy time for us. Both Jake and Grace are great. They are both so much fun at 3 and 9 months. Grace is not quite crawling but is very close. I think I'm going to be in for it soon. Let's hope it's not another 2 months before I can get on here again! I'm going to attempt to catch up now!
