Sweet Baby Girl at 7 Months
Grace is 7 months now, which is hard to believe. She has 2 teeth and is sitting up well. She is a happy girl and is babbling a lot these days. She says "Da-da" very clearly and it even sounds like "Hi Da-da" sometimes. She is super cuddly and even grabs on and gives hugs. We're just enjoying her sweetness every day!
Jake Gave Up His Nuk!
A few weeks ago, Jake decided to give up his Nuks in order to get a new Geo Trax train with a remote control! A little bribing is all it took! He gave me all his Nuks and we went to the store to buy the train. He was really excited. That night at bedtime he discovered a Nuk under his pillow and put it right in his mouth. I told him if he didn't give it to me, I would have to take his new train. He said "Take the train". So, I did and the next morning he was upset it was gone. I told him when he was ready to give me that Nuk he could get it back. He gave it to me and got his train back. He did great the next few days; although, I did catch him hiding in my closet laying under the hanging clothes sucking on Grace's Nuk...getting his little Nuk "fix"! He does this every now and then, but he pretty easily gives it back when he is caught!

Zoo Day!
The weather here finally warmed up...YEAH! Will it last? I'm reminded of my trip with my mom to the Zoo on an unusually warm March day last year and then we got "The Blizzard of '08"! Let's hope the warm weather is here to stay this year!
It actually got up to 75 degrees yesterday, and we enjoyed a gorgeous day at the zoo with the Heap's. The kids had a blast and we were just loving being outside! Check out some of the highlights...

All Better!
Quick illness update: Man, Jake and Grace both really were hit hard this year with a nasty virus/cold. They both ended up with an ear infection. Grace was sick for about 9 days before she finally ended up getting a rash all over her body. The doctor said it was roseola. Luckily today the rash is mostly gone and she is feeling much better. Jake is better now too so let's keep it that way!!!
